Our Tendonitis Relief Liniment is formulated to address most any type of nagging tendonitis, from tennis elbow to plantar fascitis. For acute flare-ups presenting with significant redness and heat signs, this very warm liniment can be cooled by adding Acute Injury Liniment, creating an invigorating and dispersing effect. However, it is important to note that most tendonitis actually responds well to the warm liniment as formulated.

INDICATIONS: Specially formulated to be used when treating acute tendinitis or chronic tendinosis. Helps to reduce inflammation and increase mobility, while strongly alleviating pain. Especially useful for Achilles tendinitis, patellar tendinitis, knee and ankle sprains, golferʼs elbow, tennis elbow, plantar fascitis, and more.

TCM: Warm by nature, this liniment invigorates Qi and Blood in the joints, sinews, and collaterals, and strongly stops pain. Can also be used for Cold Bi-Syndromes.

DIRECTIONS: Shake well. Apply liberally, 3-5 times per day. For increased effect, repeatedly spray and rub into affected area for 5 to 10 minutes, or use as a compress for up to 60 min.

WARNINGS: This liniment is designed for external use only. It should not be applied to open wounds. Keep product out of eyes and mouth, and away from children. Discontinue use if redness or swelling worsens, or new symptoms appear. Do not apply directly over pregnant womb. May stain clothing.
